Manage the water reclamation facilities, reclaimed water systems, waste disposal, pumping, and related appurtenances to ensure the safe, proper, and timely operation and maintenance of the water reclamation facilities and reclaimed water systems in compliance with the regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Coordination and management of several other related business functions including, but not limited to, Water Reclamation, Utilities Planning and Engineering, Resource Management, Support Resources, project management, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor appropriate operations, maintenance, and repair programs, to meet our customer service levels as defined by industry standards, sound engineering practices, and customer’s expectations.
Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate comprehensive records, monitoring protocols, and reports for the proper management of operations, maintenance, personnel, budget, capital improvements, and staff development.
Ensure appropriate scheduling of systems staff in accordance with functional needs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare technical bid documents for system needs, evaluate service/engineering proposals, and perform project management functions.
Prepare, administer, and monitor section budget, section performance measures, acquisition evaluations, integration of acquisition enhancements into preventative maintenance programs, and work management assessments.
Maintain working knowledge of changing regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure system compliance.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Public Administration, Engineering, or related field AND eight (8) years of progressively responsible related experience.
-OR- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, MPA, or related field AND six (6) or more years of related experience.
Four (4) or more years of supervisory/management experience.
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $106,000.00 /year, based on your experience.
