The Regulatory Analyst reports to the Managing Director of WRCA and will be an employee of WRA. The job responsibilities include: Monitor and analyze statewide regulatory activities impacting recycled water. Provide written and public comments on regulations impacting recycled water. Provide oral and written reports to the WRCA Leg-Reg Committee (primary committee addressing regulations), the Board of Trustees, and the seven chapters. Facilitate outreach to allied stakeholders on recycled water issues. Provide support to the Managing Director on annual conference and other special projects. Provide monthly newsletter articles and written reports to WRA on regulatory activities.
